Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or damage

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Size issues (unless wrong size was delivered)
  • Color variation
  • Change of mind or preference

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

To ensure a smooth and fair resolution:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is required
  • The video must show:
    • The sealed package
    • Opening process
    • The product and the issue clearly visible

⚠️ Please Note:
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


⏱️ Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your return request is approved:
    • Nevira will bear the return shipping charges
    • Our team will guide you through the return process

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after:
    • The returned product is received at our warehouse, and
    • It successfully passes our quality inspection
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer or UPI
  • Timeline:
    • Refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are applicable only if a wrong size was delivered by us
  • No exchanges are allowed for:
    • Customer-selected incorrect size
    • Preference or fit issues
