All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

·         Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (Pan India)

·         Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer

·         Tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is shipped

📍 Address Accuracy
We kindly request customers to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Nevira is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

📦 RTO, Refused Orders & Charges

·         Shipping charges are non-refundable

·         If an order requires re-shipping, additional shipping charges will apply

·         Refunds are not applicable if the customer refuses to accept the order at delivery

📷 Unboxing & Issue Reporting
If you receive an incorrect or tampered package, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with a clear and complete unboxing video (product and packaging must be clearly visible). Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

❌ Order Cancellation

·         Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

·         Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
